March 15 - All Foundation scholarship applications are due in our office by this date. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

May 15 - Scholarship award winners are posted on this website.

June 15 - Foundation needs proof of acceptance or early enrollment form from your college.

August 15/January 15 - Scholarship awards are paid directly to the educational institution you will be attending and will be shown as a credit on your account.

December 30/May 30 - If you have a renewing scholarship you must submit a current transcript of your semester grades and a letter stating what you have achieved during the semester to the Foundation office.  You can send these by email to cnazar@wichitacf.org.

Special Instructions:
If you are competing for a need-based scholarship, and receive funding from other sources after your application is submitted, please email the Foundation office at www.wichitacf.org so that we may update the information on your financial need form.

Finally, all scholarships awarded through the Foundation must be used within six months of the date of the award or forfeited.
